Integral grounding ring suitable for single wire armour ‘W’, wire braid ‘X’ and tape armour ‘Z’. Suitable for both elastomer and plastic insulated cables, and particularly for cables which exhibit ‘cold flow’ characteristics on the inner sheath.
The gland provides an elastomeric seal on the cable inner sheath and a low smoke, zero halogen IP and retention seal onto the cable outer sheath. Featuring an elastomeric Exd passive diaphragm seal that helps eliminate cold flow and is fully inspectable in situ.
